What Customers Say About AT&T 945 4-Line Speakerphone with Intercom:

The shipper did pay return shipping, but why didn't they contact us before sending what we did not order. I ordered a 945 and received a 1040 which had to be returned because it was not compatible with our 900 series telephone system.
Don't drop the handset unless you want to have to replace it. This phone works okay.
Everything works great except one receiver had a bad mic & had to be replaced, otherwise great.
Very sturdy, will take the abuse from the "girls" banging phone , spilling coffee. It will do the job, for a basic office.
Repairman came out, crawled the house, etc and apparently it's not going to work any way we do it. We bought this system for our small office and loved it for about a year until we got DSL and then the entire system went haywire. So be careful. So we wasted our money on this system and now have to replace it. Apparently, the system uses the same frequency as DSL and you have to order a special splitter and have your phone company install it for you to correct the problem. Well I spent 2 hours on the phone with At&t arguing with them before they would even agree to send me a splitter and then an hour on the phone with Bellsouth explaining what I needed them to do.
